(1) The machine is intelligent. The paving width is 2.5 meters to 6.0 meters and the transition flexibility of the tire paving machine can well meet the construction operations of sidewalks, urban communities and roadways;
(2) Fully hydraulic bridge-drive automatic differential transmission system and rear four-wheel tyre driving method, good handling, large contact area and strong adhesion.
(3) The diesel engine adopt Shangchai SC4H water-cooled engine (103kw / 2200rpm), adopts high-pressure common rail technology, and meets the national III standard. It is equipped with a new diesel engine management system, with sufficient power reserve, good economy, low noise, and long life.
(4) The hydraulic system adopts electro-hydraulic proportional control technology, and the transmission and distribution of materials are driven independently, which makes the power output efficient and fast, and ensures system reliability.
(5) The 13t hopper is designed to be large enough to always store enough material. The receiving interface can adapt to different tonnage carts.
(6) The new compact left and right independent drive feeding and distribution box, the distribution device can be easily moved up and down to adapt to different paving thickness, reduce material segregation; improve the convenience of paving machine and the quality of pavement paving.
(7) The design of the electronic control system is based on the CAN bus technology. It develops a network control system with multi-CPU control technology, and has a good human-computer interaction interface.
(8) The automatic leveling device can accurately control the paving thickness and slope, so that the longitudinal flatness reaches 3mm / 3m, and the lateral slope is within 0.02%, which meets the requirements of high-grade highways.
(9) E475TG hydraulic telescopic screed adopts three-point suspension structure and single-vibration compaction device, which improves construction stability and pavement forming quality.
